Do people really understand the importance of a healthy diet? I don’t think so. But what are the right healthy food choices? Making healthy food choices, such as whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and other low glycemic index carbohydrates is what we need to get on the healthy track.

A healthy individual is strong physically, mentally, and emotionally. Being fit and energetic depends on being physically active and maintaining a healthy diet based on provisions from all the major food groups consisting of grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy and meat or meat alternatives.
